(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise asset management (EAM) software.– Implement a secure, scalable, and integrated EAM system that will enhance reliability, data accuracy, and decision–making across agency asset portfolio.– A centralized asset registry containing all relevant asset information (e.g., maintenance history, warranty information, etc.)– Integration of the EAM system with the ERP, particularly for inventory–related purchasing and work orders– A modern work order system with capabilities such as inventory integration, technician assignment, performance metric monitoring, and automated workflows/approvals– Improved inventory management and seamless integration with work order processes– Tools to monitor key metrics like asset health, lifecycle cost, and utilization, to support data–driven capital planning– Enhance preventative maintenance operations to improve reliability and extend asset life(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on December 17, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2025.
