DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise asset management (EAM), computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), inspection management, work order management, and capital planning platform. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering the software as well as implementation services, configuration, integration, training, and ongoing support required to establish a fully functional system.
The platform is expected to support core asset management capabilities including asset inventory management, asset hierarchy management, asset lifecycle tracking, asset condition assessment, and management of horizontal, vertical, and facility assets. In addition, the system must address utility-specific needs for water distribution management, including water main inventory, valve inventory and maintenance tracking, hydrant inspections and testing, and GIS-based water asset management.
The requested solution must also support wastewater collection system management functions such as sanitary sewer inventory and manhole inventory. Customer premise management capabilities are also required, including customer service locations, meter records, service connections, and related utility assets. The anticipated contract term is one year.
