DESCRIPTION


A request for proposals has been issued for comprehensive enrolment strategy, marketing, and student coaching services for extended university programs. The scope of work includes the development and execution of digital marketing strategies—such as paid search, SEO, social media, display advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns—targeted at prospective students.

The selected vendor will provide admissions and enrollment support, working with leads acquired organically, digitally, and directly. Full integration with the agency's existing technology stack (including GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager) is required, along with CRM-based advising and data passback to ensure institutional records are consistently updated without redundant entry. Real-time, data-driven reporting for the entire enrolment funnel—from initial inquiry to student enrolment—is also expected.

A dedicated account manager will serve as the single point of contact for partnership and project management. The initial contract term is two years. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by June 4, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will take place on May 28, 2026.
