Washington seeks a vendor for comprehensive enrollment management marketing and communication services to boost student engagement and recruitment.
(1) Vendor needs to provide enrollment management marketing and communication services to enhance student engagement, recruitment, student search, and enrollment through data–informed marketing strategies, targeted outreach, and compelling storytelling across all marketing channels and formats. 1. Student search and lead generation: Examples include but are not limited to name buying, predictive modeling and scoring, list management, and student targeting strategies. 2. Direct admissions: Examples include but are not limited to resident and non–resident direct admissions, direct admission promotion, and access to direct admission platforms. 3. Marketing and communication services: Examples include but are not limited to digital marketing, texting, AI, chat, social media marketing, integrated marketing, print, fulfillment, email campaigns. 4. Content strategy and creation: Examples include but are not limited to storytelling, video production, landing pages, asset creation and copywriting. 5. Graphic and asset creation: Examples include but are not limited graphic design services, banner ad creation, out of home marketing, and print and digital collateral. 6. Performance analysis and reporting: Examples include but are not limited to Google Analytics optimization, CRM auditing, and funnel analysis. 7. Financial aid leveraging: Examples include but are not limited to discount strategies, waiver analysis, pricing optimization, and elasticity modeling. 8. Market and trend analysis: Examples include but are not limited to sentiment analysis, industry benchmarking, competitor analysis, and primary or secondary research. 9. Training and consulting services: Examples include but are not limited to sales training, CRM training, strategic enrollment management planning, leadership training. (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026. (3) A contract period will be for one year.
