Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive enrollment management marketing and communication services aimed at enhancing student engagement and driving recruitment initiatives. The selected partner will be responsible for implementing data-informed marketing strategies, conducting targeted outreach, and delivering compelling storytelling across a variety of marketing channels and formats.
Key services required include student search and lead generation through methods such as name buying, predictive modeling, list management, and student targeting. The vendor will also support direct admissions efforts for both resident and non-resident students, including promotion and access to admissions platforms. Additional responsibilities encompass an array of marketing and communication services, such as digital marketing, texting, AI, chat, social media, integrated campaigns, print, email outreach, and fulfillment.
Further scope includes content strategy and creation—encompassing storytelling, video production, landing pages, copywriting, and asset development—along with graphic design, banner ad creation, and collateral for both print and digital formats. Performance analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM auditing, and funnel analysis are also required. Expertise in financial aid leveraging (discount strategies, waiver analysis, pricing optimization), market and trend analysis (sentiment analysis, benchmarking, research), and providing training and consulting services (sales, CRM, leadership, and strategic enrollment management) are essential components.
The contract is anticipated to cover a one-year period.
