Vendor needs to provide engineering services for the north campus master plan to the government authority located in Aurora, CO. Projects shall include descriptions, target and minimum online dates, scoring criteria, project dependencies, and annual land acquisition, design, and construction. Determine timing of utilization of agricultural ditch water rights to appropriately time construction of augmentation station infrastructure. Assist in determining the potential outflow rate from our augmentation storage reservoirs to better time pump station upsizing. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. Pre–conference meeting will be held on February 11, 2026.
