The government authority in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive engineering services. The scope of work includes project management and coordination, the development of preliminary designs and alternatives, as well as final design and preparation of contract bid documents. Vendors will also be expected to supply engineering support during the construction phase, including design services as construction progresses.

Additional responsibilities encompass performing condition assessments, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and visual inspections, hydraulic capacity analysis, and both hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. The selected firm will conduct geotechnical investigations and analyses, as well as manage environmental due diligence, material testing, and hazardous materials surveys.
