The City of Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive engineering and consulting services for utility infrastructure projects managed by the local government authority. The selected firm will support a range of initiatives for the Light and Power Department, including SCADA system upgrades, substation improvements, distribution line rebuilds, and the coordination of both transmission and distribution systems.

Additional responsibilities encompass conducting solar system impact studies, overseeing system design and relay coordination between substations, and managing transformer upgrades as well as substation expansions and design, all in alignment with the department’s master plan. The contract for these engineering services will span one year.
