– Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Goldsboro, NC. – Preparing the final design and construction bid package in conformance with applicable regulations and requirements. – Surveying (including existing drainage easement), field staking, on–site review of construction work, and preparation of inspection reports. – Conducting final inspection, approval of completed construction work, and preparation of related closeout construction documents. – Surveying to include boundary surveys of housing lots as needed for housing assistance. – Conducting the pre–construction conference.
