(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX.– Provide professional engineering services for design development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration for the replacement of multiple HVAC air handler units.– Providing engineering support throughout the county’s procurement process, including responding to technical inquiries.– Preparing sealed construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents suitable for competitive procurement and compliance with facility standards.– Providing engineering support throughout the county’s procurement process, including responding to technical inquiries.– Delivering construction administration services for the full duration of the project, including submittal review, site inspections, meetings, and final acceptance support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19,2025.
