The selected vendor will be responsible for roadway engineering tasks including data collection, traffic studies, analysis, and volume forecasting to support the planning and design of transportation projects.

Scope of work also includes roadway and traffic signal design, modifications, and timing studies, as well as review and recommendations regarding pavement design, construction standards, and overall project sustainability. The firm will conduct and review development and port-related traffic impact assessments, and advise on potential design improvements.

In addition to transportation planning, the engineering services will cover updates to the master drainage plan, the design and review of stormwater infrastructure, and the evaluation of related ordinances and construction standards.
