(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Delta, CO.– Support engineering functions related to public works, infrastructure development, maintenance, field evaluation, construction oversight, and compliance with city standards.– Coordinate with Public Works on traffic analysis, construction design, and cost estimating, construction management, public works standards, long–term asset planning, budgeting, and comprehensive cost analysis.– Provide engineering reviews for construction plans, subdivisions, water resources, floodplain management, and drainage plans to ensure compliance with city standards and regulations.– Assist with asset tracking for city infrastructure, including roads, sidewalks, and utility systems.– Conduct quality control assessments and investigate drainage, paving, and traffic, complaints with the public works manager.– Perform grant management related to public works engineering projects.– Work with city staff, organizations, and funding agencies to help develop competitive and complete grant applications or funding proposals.– Provide project management, engineering design, and construction observation for city public works construction projects.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 15,2025.
