(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in California.– Services will include a hydrogeologic assessment, regulatory feasibility review, and preliminary siting recommendations to support.– Review existing regional and local groundwater elevation data, hydrogeologic studies, drilling and well logs, databases, water quality data, pollution sources, flood hazard information, groundwater management plans, and other relevant planning documents.– Identify data gaps and recommend additional data collection, if necessary, including hydrogeological field work and/or geophysical surveys.– Evaluate potential well interference with existing municipal and private wells, including assessment of separation distances, floodplain constraints, proximity to known contamination sources.– Review available existing water quality data for each site.– Discuss potential impacts associated with uncertainty in water quality data.– Hydrogeologic suitability and water production potential.– Groundwater quality.– Environmental impacts and regulatory feasibility.– Surrounding land use, access considerations, and ownership.– Engineering feasibility.– Separation distances and potential interference with existing wells o Planning–level costs. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.
