(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Bryan, TX. – Conduct a thorough visual survey of the site, verify and document the existing conditions in base drawings to be used for the design work. – Provide programming, schematic design documents, including building placement, drawings, and outline specifications developed around the technical specifications, district templates, and standards. – Provide area and space tabulations by use, room, and building. – Respond in writing to design review comments from the superintendent or designee. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 03, 2025.
