(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Texas.– Professional engineering services associated with proposed acquisition, design and/or construction of improvements to the waterworks system, designing, planning, acquiring, constructing, purchasing, renovating, enlarging, equipping, and improving the waterworks system, including lead service line inventory and replacement and assistance in application preparation and documentation to federal, state, and other possible funding sources.– Provide timely and professional planning documents, geotechnical investigations, design surveys, construction plans and technical specifications and contract documents, construction staking, operations and maintenance manuals and other specific services.– Perform geotechnical investigations such as auger borings core borings, soil tests, or other subsurface explorations and laboratory testing and inspecting of samples or materials relevant to design.
