(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering service to the government authority located in Robbinsdale, MN. – Provide dedicated safe and comfortable facilities for all travel modes and all their respective ages and abilities. – A confirmed detour route and a construction staging narrative shall be completed concurrent with the preliminary design layout. – The consultant will be responsible for all aspects of concept and preliminary design and engineering to support the public engagement process, including reviewing and refining existing. – Provide safer crossings at intersections for people walking, biking, and rolling. – Implement design changes that improve corridor safety for all users. – ADA compliant sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and crossings. – Evaluation of implementing enhanced pedestrian crossings.
