The electric association seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering design tool implementation and utility network migration support services. The scope of work includes migrating to Esri’s ArcGIS Utility Network and ArcGIS Pro, implementing an automated utility design (AUD) solution, and supporting a business systems migration with spatial automation. Key services include automated utility design implementation, ArcGIS Utility Network technical consultation, GIS performance testing, high-availability GIS architecture, and post go-live hyper care support.

Additionally, the vendor will manage the planning, analysis, upgrade, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-launch support processes in collaboration with internal resources.
