(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Groveland, FL.– Design a new master lift station at the existing northern sunshine.– Design a new reclaimed storage tank and pump station.– Identify and evaluate alternatives to meet the projected flow and treatment requirements.– Survey of project areas indicating topography and fixed improvements.– Environmental services indicating the extent of wetlands and any threatened and endangered species.– Master Plan of site and facility buildout.– Rapid infiltration basin evaluation.– Miscellaneous improvements.– Upgrade of existing SCADA system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
