Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Cooper City, FL. Provide a detailed narrative description, graphics, timeline and schedule of its approach and methodology for the design of the Project. Identify deviations or missing items in the Master Plan and ensure that they are included in their proposal for the design. All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026. A pre–bid meeting will be held on February 25, 2026.
