(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Delta, CO.– Provide all engineering services, including an alternatives analysis, to produce a complete set of construction documents.– Conduct a detailed topographic survey of the project site, including the roadway approaches, creek channel, existing structure, utilities, and right–of–way.– Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and alternatives.– Analyze two primary replacement options: a new bridge structure and a box culvert structure.– Design the horizontal and vertical alignment of the road approaches to the new structure, ensuring a safe and smooth transition.– Develop plans for temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control to minimize environmental impact during and after construction.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 16,2026.
