(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for utility infrastructure projects and various renovation and new construction projects on an as–needed basis.– Projects include but are not limited to: campus utility infrastructure improvements or replacements, infrastructure assessments, design and construction documentation for new construction and renovation projects, including classrooms, research laboratories, offices, student life spaces, site improvements, administration buildings and other typical projects found on the campus of a university.
