(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design, construction service for improvements and alterations to the government authority located in Allentown, PA. – Engineering design and construction improvements and alterations for an existing wastewater circular clarifier drive unit and appurtenances. – Include engineering design, inspection of existing equipment, and installation of the drive unit and appurtenances. – The removal of the existing drive mechanism, installation of new scraper arm blades and replacement of the existing effluent weir. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 12, 2026.
