The City of Benson, Arizona is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive engineering design and review services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, civil engineering tasks such as development review, construction inspection, roadway design, and drainage design. Additional responsibilities may cover miscellaneous design work, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, structural and geotechnical engineering services, as well as the preparation and review of plans and specifications.

The selected firm will also be expected to conduct surveys, right-of-way analyses, and hydrologic and hydraulic assessments. This contract includes the critical task of reviewing work produced by other consulting engineers to ensure compliance with municipal standards and objectives.

Interested vendors are advised that the contract will be awarded for a one-year period. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 20, 2026, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by February 25, 2026.
