(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consulting services for stormwater asset management program to the government authority located in Kingston, NH. – Assist with finalizing an application to agency for funding to develop a stormwater asset management program, including assisting with approval from agency for the work scope. – Update current software program with GIS mapping location of current assets to help fulfil. – Develop a level of service plan. – Assess the criticality of stormwater assets within the focus area. – Develop life cycle cost analysis. – Create a financial implementation plan for identified infrastructure maintenance and replacement needs. – Assist the town with preparation of an implementation plan for asset management program maintenance. – Assist the town with preparation of a communication plan for the stormwater asset management plan.
