(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consulting services to the government authority located in Southbury, CT.– Provide a wide range of engineering services for the town including highway and bridge design, writing bid documents and specifications, environmental permitting, landscape architecture, civil engineering, project planning and administration, traffic engineering, construction inspection services, land surveying, grant application preparations.– Prepare feasibility studies and designs related to building and equipment rehabilitation.– Provide Special Inspection Services in conformance with the building code.– Provide expert testimony for litigation matters.– Provide public presentations.– Analyze marketing strategies for recyclables.– Prepare recycling plans and assist in implementing such plans.– Conduct health and safety and environmental audits and inspections.– Provide services related to the design, cost estimating, permitting, and construction administration of roads, bridges, traffic signals and pedestrian and bicycle facilities.– Conduct traffic studies including data collection and capacity and queuing analysis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 2,2026.
