The government authority in Stockton, California seeks qualified vendors to provide a range of engineering and related professional services. These services may encompass facility waterproofing, pavement management programming, slope stability assessments, and the repair of soil retaining structures.

Additional areas include railroad engineering, waterfront resilience engineering, as well as the design and analysis of piers and wharves—such as seismic retrofit, vertical load capacity evaluation, repair and upgrade design, and structural assessments.
