The project encompasses a wide range of tasks, including planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence to support land development and regulatory compliance initiatives.

The selected vendor will be responsible for creating detailed County Tax Parcel Maps and Zoning Classification Maps, both clearly outlining property boundaries. Additionally, the scope includes delivering a Buildable Area Map to identify the largest contiguous developable site, as well as a Topographic Survey that depicts two-foot property contours, with LIDAR data downloads being acceptable for this purpose. Environmental services required consist of a Site Assessment, Wetland and Stream Delineation, Threatened and Endangered Species Surveys (supported by USFWS & SCDNR concurrence letters), and Archaeological and Historical Investigations (with SHPO concurrence letters). Preliminary geotechnical exploration is also included.

Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding this solicitation by February 18, 2026. This opportunity is ideal for firms experienced in multidisciplinary engineering and environmental projects.
