(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and environmental services to the government authority located in South Carolina. – Perform planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence services. – County Tax Parcel Map with property boundaries clearly outlined. – Zoning Classification Map with property boundaries clearly outlined. – Buildable Area Map identifying the largest contiguous developable site. – Topographic Survey indicating the two–foot contours of the property (LIDAR download acceptable). – Environmental Site Assessment. – Wetland and Stream Delineation. – Threatened and Endangered Species Survey (USFWS & SCDNR concurrence letters). – Archaeological and Historical Investigation (SHPO concurrence letter). – Preliminary Geotechnical Exploration.
