(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and design services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY.– Performing all necessary environmental reviews and evaluations, classifying the action, completing environmental assessment, coordinating review with applicable agencies, supporting research and outreach to determining significance of action on environment.– Conduct surveys to accurately determine existing boundary lines and limits of such real property and easements, and prepare survey maps that specifically identifies such boundary lines and limits.– Design and implement a sequencing batch reactor to expand the treatment capacity.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026.
