(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and construction services to the government authority located in Gainesville, GA.– Architect for the project, the site civil contractor, and any other such persons hired or designated for the purpose of construction and design for the project.– Prepare estimates of costs and other documentation as necessary to ensure an efficient and cost–effective design for the project.– Construction manager shall schedule and conduct meetings with the architect, owner, and site civil contractor as needed to discuss matters such as procedures, progress, coordination, and scheduling of the work.– Construction manager shall advise the owner and the architect on proposed site use and improvements, selection of materials, and building systems and equipment.– Construction manager shall also provide recommendations consistent with the project requirements to the owner and architect on constructability; availability of materials and labor; time requirements for procurement, installation and construction; and factors related to construction cost including, but not limited to, costs of alternative designs or materials, preliminary budgets, life–cycle data, and possible cost reductions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 4, 2025.
