(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and construction management services to the government authority located in Provo, UT. Agency is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide engineering, design, permitting assistance and construction management for the proposed Payson Canyon Trail and Road Reconstruction project. Services: Roadway or Trail Design, including horizontal and vertical alignment, pavement section, and material specifications; Survey; Construction Management; Bid package preparation; Utility design and/or relocation; Drainage; Structure design, if needed; Geo-technical evaluation and design, if needed; Right of way acquisition services, including all documents needed for right of way; Public Involvement; Permitting and Agency Coordination. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 15, 2026.
