(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and commissioning services to the government authority located in Limon, CO. – The Consultant will perform the following: – Relay Replacement: • Review the wiring diagrams and design the updated wiring diagrams to accommodate the new relays – This will include a step–by–step guide on what wires to move when and where • Create “For Construction” and “As–Built” drawings in AutoCAD • Device settings • Applicable drawings • Applicable manuals • Applicable device software • Perform the relay replacement • Site visit checklist • Other applicable information • RTU setting development • Purchase and installation of all materials.
