A government authority in Trenton, NJ is seeking qualified engineering and architectural firms with expertise in historic preservation to support a major rehabilitation project for a historic building. The selected firm will provide comprehensive services, including assessment, planning, design, and project management, to preserve the historic character and ensure the longevity of the structure.

The scope of work is divided into three phases. Phase 1 involves creating a detailed Preservation Plan in compliance with guidance from the New Jersey Historic Preservation Office, including a thorough evaluation of the building's structural, environmental, and building systems conditions, along with prioritized treatment recommendations and associated cost estimates. Phase 2 focuses on design and concept development based on the findings of the initial phase. Phase 3 includes preparation of construction documents, support with bidding processes, and management of the initial stage of construction implementation.
