(1) Vendor needs to provide engineer services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Provide advice to and attend all meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.– Site observation of residential/commercial development, where authorized.– The technical review of all applications shall be provided to the Planning Director within 10 business days upon receipt of the application.
