(1) Vendor needs to provide engagement and communications support service to the government authority located in BC.– The Agency is seeking a highly skilled consultant to provide stakeholder engagement and communications services for the agency Planning Project currently underway.– This joint land use planning process aims to develop a common understanding and agreement on land use zoning and management direction to protect, conserve, and restore culturally and ecologically important landscapes and waterways while providing opportunities for a diversified economic future– Communications Support: Develop clear, accessible, and well–designed public materials such as newsletters, fact sheets, agency, and web updates– Facilitation Support: Support the Planning Partners in effectively engaging with stakeholders by provided skilled facilitation, particularly in live engagements with polarized opinions– This may include meetings with specific stakeholders as well as multi–party engagements such as webinars and in–person workshops. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
