(1) Vendor needs to provide engagement and communications support service. – Provide engagement support to the planning partners in relation. – Plan, support, coordinate, and facilitate both in–person and virtual engagement sessions with stakeholders, the public, and indigenous communities. – Use simple, clear language appropriate for a range of audiences. – Use pre–designed graphic materials to support public–facing content. – Prepare engagement summaries and What We Heard reports that capture stakeholder and community perspectives. – Provide other communications and engagement support. – Facilitation and coordination of engagement session. – Communications products (newsletters, FAQs, webpages, etc.). – Ability to summarize complex information into clear, accessible language suited to the audience. – Translating technical or policy–heavy information into simple, clear language suitable for a wide range of audiences.
