This tool must integrate seamlessly with the organization's data warehouse and various other data sources, ensuring that account and rate information is always current and automatically synced. Integration is required to minimize staff workload and reduce errors associated with manual data entry or file management.

The solution must allow staff to perform accurate rate comparisons, cost projections, and load analysis for customers, utilizing a hierarchy already established within the data warehouse. Licensing, development, implementation, and setup fees should be itemized separately, and the provider must also detail integration, configuration, and data source connection costs. The tool will not be accessible to customers directly, serving as an internal resource for on-demand energy analytics.

The contract period extends for five years, and vendors are required to submit any questions by April 15, 2026.
