Vendor needs to provide energy management systems. Update the obsolete Building Automation System for buildings on campus that are currently being ran on the Windows 7 computer located in the maintenance office. This will take care of security issues because of using Windows 7. It will also update the obsolete controls located within the buildings which are in danger of no longer functioning, which will allow us to continue energy management moving forward. Design graphics based on current graphics being used. The creation of new graphics screens will match existing graphics based on current floor plans. Pre–bid conference will be held on February 18, 2026. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.
