Vendor needs to provide energy management system to the government authority located in Marion, IL.– Energy Management System, including transmitters, controllers, actuators, DDC panels, switches, relays, etc.– Software will be capable of a system shutdown.– System will be able to shutdown entire system at one screen location with no more than two operations, i.e., two mouse clicks.– Develop, furnish and install software updates to maintain or improve present performance within the functional capabilities of the system.– Backups to the external hard drives of software, graphics, and system files will be completed before and after each upgrade on each desktop.– Reload the graphics database and system file from its current backup.
