(1) Vendor needs to provide energy engineering consulting services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX.– Provide consulting, design, and specification development for various energy conservation measures.– Provide engineering, consulting, and management services to develop Cost and Energy Savings Analysis and develop Specifications.– Perform evaluation, analysis and recommendations to determine the necessary building improvements to renovate and upgrade existing equipment and infrastructure for a turnkey utility conservation program. – Perform third–party review services (evaluation of proposal & services) by energy service companies.– Provide for each individual project a list of all proposed technical consultant services as required for a complete turnkey project design development and final preparation of final design plans, technical specifications and construction documents construction administration, and commissioning services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.
