The initiative aims to increase access to a variety of energy efficiency measures, home weatherization, renewable energy sources, and electrification options for homeowners, renters, and landlords.

The campaign will emphasize the promotion and adoption of clean energy technologies, including home energy efficiency upgrades, heat pump HVAC systems, efficient electric appliances such as heat pump water heaters and induction stoves, EV charging infrastructure, solar energy paired with battery backup, electric lawn equipment, and e-mobility solutions. Vendors are expected to deliver comprehensive campaign administration and related services that support the expansion of these clean energy technologies within the central North Carolina residential sector.
