(1) Vendor needs to provide energy bill data management software as a service (SaaS).– The SaaS will serve as a verification step for services where verification of billing and usage is appropriate.– Indicate whether the SaaS is off–the–shelf and whether it is web–based or a desktop application.– Data security and reliability: Data protection and hosting, network performance, uptime guarantees, and disaster recovery plans.– Capability to access data via API to Munis enterprise resource planning (ERP) software suite from Tyler technologies.– Tracking and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and Renewable energy credits (RECs).– Automation of energy bill data entry into the platform, using EDI or API.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on December 15, 2025.
