(1) Vendor needs to provide enclosed space detection system.– System to be utilized in an enclosed building which is subject to weather conditions to include wind and temperature fluctuations– Must be compatible with Windows 11 or higher. The portal must be compatible with any browser.– Software subscription updates shall include updates, maintenance, and support.– Must be viewable/operable from one screen.– Must have the ability for users to generate, view, and export reports. Exportable reports must be in Excel or PDF format.– Real–time usage/results of detectable heartbeat.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
