The system must include real-time heartbeat detection capabilities to ensure accurate monitoring of enclosed spaces.

Compatibility with Windows 11 or higher is required, and the portal interface must function seamlessly across any browser. The software component should offer a subscription that encompasses ongoing updates, maintenance, and support. Operators must be able to manage all system functions from a single screen, including the generation, viewing, and exporting of reports in both Excel and PDF formats.

The contract term will be for three years. Prospective vendors should be prepared to meet all technical requirements, as well as provide a robust support and update framework throughout the duration of the contract.
