The State of Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a web-based EMS supplies and inventory management software system, along with continuous provision of medical supplies. The desired system should enable the EMS Division to centrally manage and report on medical supply movement, ensuring effective tracking, ordering, and inventory control of assets across multiple facility locations.
Key system requirements include web-based access compatible with PCs, laptops, tablets, and PDAs through wired or wireless internet. The solution must support multi-location ordering and reporting, inventory management at both the truck and supply room levels, preventative maintenance data tracking, barcode processing for item tracking, and an auto-replenishment feature. Additionally, the system should offer password-protected multi-user access with configurable levels of authorization, and the ability to generate robust multi-level reports.
The contract period for this project will be one year. Interested vendors should be capable of providing both the required software and the ongoing supply of necessary medical items to support Florida's EMS operations.
