The solution should facilitate seamless integration with EMS charting platforms, specifically allowing the import of charts via web services with no extra charges. Built-in functions must include chart and claim reconciliation through a single report to ensure proper chart imports and claim generation. A user dashboard is required to display essential workflow information such as claim assignments, statuses, follow-up needs for pending adjudications, and denials. Reporting capabilities should offer both pre-built (canned) reports and real-time reporting dashboards that can be customized by users.
