Vendor needs to provide employment reference check and pre–screening platform– Agency is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide a comprehensive Employment Reference Check and Pre–Screening Platform. The solution will provide an efficient and objective process for conducting and managing employment references and preferably support background check functionality as an integrated or optional feature. The digital platform will streamline critical hiring activities, support informed hiring decisions, and reduce administrative effort for Human Resources and hiring managers, allowing them additional time to focus on strategic initiatives. The contract period will be for three years.
