(1) Vendor needs to provide employment background checks and volunteer screening solution. – Develop and implement a hosted data integration solution. – The purpose of this solution is to support and enhance the agency’s policies and processes for conducting background check functions and applicant tracking, enabling an automated experience from candidate selection through background check and hire. – Replace the manual background check process with an automated, integrated system. – System integration: The Contractor’s solution must demonstrate the ability to integrate the applicants’ background check results with agency for a seamless background check submission. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 29,2025.
