Vendor needs to provide employee relations consultancy support service. • Consulting support focused on employee relations investigations, case management, and capability–building within the people & culture function. • Engagement supports consistent, high–quality ER practices during a period of organizational change while laying the foundation for a scalable, standardized ER operating model aligned with peer internal functions. • Serve as lead investigator on assigned employee relations matters, including allegations of misconduct, policy violations, and workplace concerns. • Develop investigation plans, interview protocols, findings summaries, and final investigation reports. • Conduct investigations in a timely, fair, and impartial manner consistent with organizational policies, employment law, and best practices. • Provide real–time consultation on active ER cases, including intake, triage, and decision–making. • Iterate existing tools and resources, including intake templates, investigation checklists, case categorization frameworks, and decision trees. • Build out a standardized ER investigation and case management framework. • Partner with relevant stakeholders to support adoption and integration of the standardized model.
