(1) Vendor needs to provide employee recognition software.– Implement a cloud–based Employee Recognition Software/Platform that fosters a culture of appreciation, strengthens employee relationships, and enhances engagement across agency– This platform will enable social, peer–to–peer recognition through both public and private sharing, empowering employees to express gratitude and celebrate the contributions of individuals and teams• Core Functional Requirements– Focus on employee recognition more, rather than rewards. The rewards options must have the ability to be hidden from user visibility and access– Enable peer–to–peer, manager–to–employee, and department or team–wide recognition– Provide options for real–time, on–the–spot recognition– Include a customizable points–based reward system that integrates with a gift catalogue or incentives that can be turned on or off– Public and private options for employee recognition messages– Customizable values or recognition criteria – Clean, simple interface– Admin, manager, and employee access levels with tailored permissions– Individual and team–level recognition abilities– Dashboards for recognition activity (e.g., who is recognizing whom, frequency, by department)– Exportable data reports(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
