(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health, wellness, and benefits optimization solutions.– Qualified firms offering comprehensive or supplemental health benefit programs, wellness technologies, and cost–containment solutions that create measurable efficiencies and savings in employee healthcare management.– Respondents will demonstrate how their solutions lower total cost of care, enhance benefits administration, or improve employee participation and retention.– Solutions may include telehealth, direct primary care models, data–driven benefits analytics, or wellness platforms.– Drive savings and efficiency in managing employee healthcare and benefits while improving access, satisfaction, and retention.– General commercial insurance brokerage or individual consumer insurance products are excluded.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
