The system should enable efficient clinical workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the secure management of employee health records. Robust reporting capabilities are required to meet organizational leadership needs, regulatory compliance, quality monitoring, and analysis of workforce health trends, including demographics, job titles, work locations, risk exposure, and job-specific requirements.

The solution must integrate appropriately with existing systems, such as human resources, credentialing, and learning management platforms, while maintaining suitable separation from the hospital’s patient EHR and ensuring data integrity and security.
