(1) Vendor needs to provide employee engagement survey platform and associated services.– Agency is seeking a single provider that will provide a technology enabled employee engagement solution to support the administration, analysis and reporting of bi–annual engagement and pulse surveys for approximately 3000 agency employees. – The provider shall provide an AI–enabled, technology–based platform and related services. – Agency desires an experienced Service Provider that can provide contextual analysis and on–going customized support rather than simply providing system generated reports. – Employee Engagement Survey strategy and implementation which includes strategic approach, project management, design and set–up of survey instrument, communication, templates, survey administration, and reporting of results – Provide resources and other reference materials to assist the organization in delivering, reporting and action planning based on Employee Engagement Survey results – Self–service reporting by project team and people leaders with ability to export data Survey Tool • Web–based • Web survey administration • Secure/ restricted access and controls with unique user access for the purposes of survey administration and reporting • Industry standards for confidentiality safeguards • Delivered and configurable survey questions • Generic survey access to complete the survey (all users access using the same Internet address (called “URL”))
