An Ontario agency is seeking a qualified provider to deliver an AI-enabled employee engagement survey platform along with related services to support the administration of bi-annual engagement and pulse surveys for approximately 3,000 employees.
The selected service provider will offer a comprehensive, technology-driven solution that includes not only survey deployment but also in-depth analysis, reporting, and ongoing customized support. The provider should have expertise in contextual analysis and be capable of delivering more than standard system-generated reports. Key services include strategic planning, project management, survey instrument design and setup, communication support, template creation, survey administration, and comprehensive reporting of results.
Resources and reference materials to aid in result interpretation, reporting, and action planning must be provided. The platform should facilitate self-service reporting for project teams and people leaders, allowing for data export. Essential features of the survey tool include web-based administration, secure and restricted access with unique user credentials for administration and reporting, confidentiality safeguards meeting industry standards, configurable survey question delivery, and generic survey access via a single URL.
